Restart Lightroom Classic if it is running. It loads the plug-in when it starts.
Then choose File > Plug-in Extras > Open Chatty Chad, or press Control-B, and sign in with your chattychad.com account.
Run this installer again any time to repair Chatty Chad or to update it. To remove it, use Uninstall Chatty Chad, from the same download page.
